The Pork Tenderlion is my Favorite Pork Cut!
I love pork chops, preferably on the grill with BBQ sauce.
Pork tenderloin is my favorite. I like to cook it down with some honey,season and bow sauce . Then pull it apart for pulled pork .
Boneless Pork Butt (Cuban style Marinated in home made Mojo)
I know this may be odd, but I really enjoy a good pork cutlet. I dip them in flour and spices, fry them, and serve with gravy. A good old fashioned meal like my grandma would make!
Bacon…fried…bacon makes everything better…;-)…

Pork roast cooked in the crock pot with potatoes, and good thick gravy.
I like to cook ground pork and use it in your pork chili express recipe! Makes a super delicious lunch!
The Boston butt is my favorite cut. I use it to make pulled pork. Yum!
Pork Tenderloin seasoned with sweet & smokey rub & wrapped in bacon. Cooked slowly on the grill. Amazing!

Okay this is my guilty pleasure! Pork roast with the fat layer left on and spices added. Then roasted to a golden brown! 1st bite is the crispy pork rind, yuuummm!! 💖🐷🐖💞👍👍👍
Hard choice, but I’m going to go with pork belly. I’ve been making my own bacon for a while now, and it just can’t be beat.
We love to smoke pork ribs, then finish them off with a great honey balsamic BBQ sauce and grill them until obey gooey perfection!
Pork roast, I make what I call Mexican stew. Cut up roast mix in 2 cans of green chiles and a 1 cup of salsa. Put in slow cooker for 6 hours. Serve over cooked rice with cheese on top.
Thick cut pork chop, soaked in buttermilk then coated in seasoned panko/flour and seared in pan then baked in oven. Yum!!
